1. Return Conditions

- Product Condition: The product must be in brand-new, unused, unassembled condition with no damage, and all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been assembled, used, or damaged by the customer.
- Returns due to non-quality issues (e.g., personal preference, wrong size) will require the customer to cover return shipping costs.
- Products past the return window.
- Custom-made or special-discount items (e.g., clearance, sale items) unless defective.
3. Return Process

- Approval Confirmation: We will review your request within 1-3 business days and notify you of the result.
- Return Shipment: Once approved, ship the product back to the provided address (customer covers return shipping unless the return is due to a quality issue).
- Refund Processing: After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days (refunded via the original payment method or an agreed alternative).
4. Handling Defective or Damaged Products
If the product is defective or damaged during shipping:
- We will cover return shipping costs and offer a free replacement or full refund.
- Please provide photos or videos as proof.
