  • Product Condition: The product must be in brand-new, unused, unassembled condition with no damage, and all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been assembled, used, or damaged by the customer.
  • Returns due to non-quality issues (e.g., personal preference, wrong size) will require the customer to cover return shipping costs.

  • Custom-made or special-discount items (e.g., clearance, sale items) unless defective.

3. Return Process

  2. Approval Confirmation: We will review your request within 1-3 business days and notify you of the result.
  3. Return Shipment: Once approved, ship the product back to the provided address (customer covers return shipping unless the return is due to a quality issue).
  4. Refund Processing: After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days (refunded via the original payment method or an agreed alternative).

4. Handling Defective or Damaged Products

If the product is defective or damaged during shipping:

  • We will cover return shipping costs and offer a free replacement or full refund.
  • Please provide photos or videos as proof.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Non-quality-related returns: Customer’s responsibility.
  • Quality-related returns: Covered by us (shipping receipt required or logistics arranged by us).
